Vlad Sadovskiy is President of Merchant Services since 2013. Prior to his current position, Mr. Sadovskiy served as President of Wholesale Division at Unified Payments and President of New Edge Payments. Prior to joining Unified Payments, Mr. Sadovskiy co-found Merchant Processing Services Corp ("MPS") and led it as its CEO. During his tenure as CEO of MPS, he has vitalized the growth of this entity with a merchant portfolio exceeding 15,000 merchants in U.S. Prior to MPS, Mr. Sadovskiy held various sales and operational positions with companies including First Data Merchant Services, Chase Merchant Services, Concord Payment Systems, IBM and NVS Communications. Mr. Sadovsiky is a member of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) ISO Practices committee. Mr. Sadovskiy attended City University of New York - Baruch College.

Shawn Brown is the Director of Risk and Underwriting at Unified Payments. Mr. Brown previously served as Senior Underwriter for Payvision B.V. At Payvision, he was able to exercise innovative and specialized methods of merchant review and approval within the high-risk sector of merchant credit card processing for three years. As an Underwriter for Pipeline Cynergy Holding, LLC, he built a notable and acute understanding of financial risk and exposure from May 2008 to December 2011 . Mr. Brown is a proud member of the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) and Merchant Acquires Committee (MAC). Mr. Brown is a graduate from Utica College, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic Crime Investigation.

Professional executive in field of payment processing, merchant services, POS systems and value added services, high-level projects manager and software architect with more then ten years of professional development experience with wide variety of web and mobile technologies, and with more then five years experience in supervising of software development, including international software development and management of multiple divisions. Throughout his career, Mr. Krotov was responsible for the creation of proprietary intellectual property portfolios and managed local and outsourced teams of software developers. Mr. Krotov has a master degree from Ural State Technical University by specialty "Calculating machines, complexes, systems and networks".
